Our baseball bats are available in Hard Maple and Canadian Birch. Hard Maple has gained in popularity due to its high shock resistance, and smoother appearance. Canadian Birch has proven to be an excellent wood, with the flex of Ash and the strength of Maple.

Featured Testimonial
Based on a wood-turning tradition that goes back over 27 years, the Chesapeake Thunder is a remarkable bat to behold. The satiny smoothness of the black lacquer finish seems too perfect for wood. I really don't know how Mike Randolph can make such a fine wood bat for under $50.
